These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any tour services provided by Tours With Nobu ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a tour, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Guests must be 18 or older to book. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
 

Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. If we (Tours With Nobu) must cancel the tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
 

Changes to Bookings

We understand that plans may change. If you would like to modify your booking (such as changing the tour duration), please contact us as early as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes depend on availability and may involve additional fees. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may not be possible.
 

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in tours is ultimately at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tours With Nobu is not liable for any injury, loss, or incident that may arise during the tour, except where caused by our proven negligence.

 

Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons, or floods), pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
 

Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties unless required to fulfill your booking or by law.
 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
 

Third-Party Bookings (e.g., Viator)

If you book a tour through a third-party platform such as Viator, the contract for that booking is between you and the third party. Please refer to their terms and conditions as they will apply to your booking through that platform.
 

Modifications Clause

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
